My Bookbag


This feature allows you to save item records from various search results for later viewing, editing or Downloading. These records may be from any catalog.

Saving to your bookbag
Deleting records from your bookbag
Print/Save or Email records from your bookbag


To save records to your bookbag:

From the Search Results screen:
  1. Select the checkboxes next to all records you want to save to your bookbag. You may also click All on Page under the Records column of the Print/Save Options box at the bottom of the page.
  2. Click the Save To My Bookbag button in the Print/Save Options box.

    You will receive a "# records have been added to the bookbag" message, and remain on your current search results page.

To delete a record from your Bookbag:

  1. Select the check box (in the Delete Item? column) next to the record.
  2. Click the Delete Selected Titles button.
You may also select the Clear Bookbag button to delete all the records.


To Print/Save the contents of your Bookbag:

  1. Select the desired format from the Select Download Format drop-down box. (See Print/Save records for description of formats.)
  2. Click the Format for Print/Save button.
  3. This reformats the contents of your bookbag in your browser.

  1. Use your browser's print/save options to print and/or save the reformatted information.
  2. To email the contents of your Bookbag:

    1. Select the desired format from the Select Download Format drop-down box. (See Print/Save records for description of formats.)
    2. Enter your email address into the Enter your email address box and click the Send Email button.
