Print/Save
- Mark the record(s) you want to print by clicking on the white box to the left of the title. A checkmark
will appear.
Either check each record individually or choose All on Page from the records column in the Print/Save Options
box.
- Go to the Print/Save options box at the bottom of the page (shown above). Select the format from the Select Download format
cell of the box.

- Full - More complete record of Title, Author, Subject Headings, Publisher, location and call number.
- Brief - Short record of Title, Publisher, location and call number.
- EndNote Citation - All fields required for the citation software EndNote.
- Click on the Format for Print/Save button.
The record will be reformatted into a new web page to be printed or saved via your Internet browser
Email
- Mark the record(s) you want to print by clicking on the white box to the left of the title. A checkmark
will appear.
Either check each record individually or choose All on Page from the records column in the Print/Save Options
box.
- Full record format is used for all emailed records.
- Enter your email address into the Enter you email address box.

- Click on the Send email button.
- You will get the message: Your email was sent to the address provided when it is sent successfully.
