Print/Save

  1. Mark the record(s) you want to print by clicking on the white box to the left of the title. A checkmark will appear.
    Either check each record individually or choose All on Page from the records column in the Print/Save Options box.

  2. Go to the Print/Save options box at the bottom of the page (shown above). Select the format from the Select Download format cell of the box.

  3. Click on the Format for Print/Save button.
    The record will be reformatted into a new web page to be printed or saved via your Internet browser

Email

  1. Mark the record(s) you want to print by clicking on the white box to the left of the title. A checkmark will appear.
    Either check each record individually or choose All on Page from the records column in the Print/Save Options box.

  2. Full record format is used for all emailed records.

  3. Enter your email address into the Enter you email address box.

  4. Click on the Send email button.

  5. You will get the message: Your email was sent to the address provided when it is sent successfully.
